Name: Pixie
Gender: Female
Breed: Local
Colour: Grey Tabby
Age: 2 years (as of Oct 2023)
Pixie has overcome a lot in her young life. Rescued by the SPCA in November 2021 when she was just 2 months old, Pixie was involved in a traffic accident that left her with a pelvic fracture and damaged nerves in her bladder. While this has caused her to lose control over her pee and poo, Pixie is still a curious, active, and playful cat who loves to zoom around like a mini-tornado!
Though she may get a little messy at times, Pixie is fully capable of walking and running just like her friends—probably even faster! She’s a lively, fun-loving girl who is always ready for playtime and enjoys interacting with her humans. If you’re nearby, she’ll reach out with her paw to tap you for attention, making it impossible to resist her charm.
Pixie has incredible stamina when it comes to play and is always up for a game or a fun new adventure. She is an affectionate and curious cat who would thrive in a home that can provide her with the attention and care she needs, including assistance with her bladder control.

To ensure their safety and welfare, interested parties are required to fully mesh all their windows and gate (full height) to prevent the likelihood of “high rise syndrome”. This happens when cats get gravely injured or lose their lives after a fall from height.
Videos/Photos of all the meshing or measurements of grilles have to be provided for verification before adoption can be finalized. Please refer to this article for meshing recommendations - https://spca.org.sg/resources/dont-let-them-take-the-fall-for-you-cats-do-not-have-nine-lives/.
