Can I walk-in and purchase tickets at the SPCA on the day itself?

Yes, you can! Tickets can be purchased at the registration booth. The only payment methods accepted at the registration booth are PayNow (preferred) and cash.

What are the payment methods accepted on the day?

We encourage visitors to pay by PayNow (preferred) and cash. While some purchases/ payments to the SPCA can be made by credit card and NETS, payment by card can only be done at our main reception hence, there may be a longer waiting time.

Can I bring my pets to the event?
You may bring your pets to the event, as long as they are kept in a carrier or leashed at all times and are comfortable with crowds. They can enter our carnival areas but for the safety of your pets and the animals under our care, pets are not able to enter our adoption centre and dog runs.
Do children 5 years old and below need to pay for a ticket?
Children aged 5 years and below do not need a ticket to join us for the carnival. However, you may still purchase a ticket as a donation to the SPCA. Thank you for your support!
What are some things that we need to bring?

We encourage visitors to bring along an umbrella and cap to protect themselves from the different weather conditions.

Is there parking onsite?

Our carpark will be closed for the day. Do park at nearby facilities instead.

How to get there by public transport?

The nearest MRT stop to SPCA is Choa Chu Kang MRT. You may take bus 172 from Chua Chu Kang bus interchange or bus 975 from the bus stop in front of the Keat Hong Community Club. Both buses will stop at the bus stop named “Opposite Chengtai Nursery” which is  opposite of the SPCA.

Are we able to adopt animals on the day?
If you are interested in adopting an animal, you may approach our counsellors who will be at our adoption centre. They will take you through the entire adoption process. As we anticipate queues for our adoption centre tour, we seek your patience and kind understanding should there be any delays or waiting times.
Is this a rain or shine event?
We are hoping for sunny skies and great weather. However, we do advise guests to bring an umbrella just In case it rains The main event areas are tented but there might be some unsheltered areas that you might need to walk through.
I am not able to attend the event, can I get a refund?

Tickets purchased for this event are non-refundable but you may give it to others. We seek your kind understanding in this matter.

Are there activities for children below 7 years old?
Yes! There will be plenty of child-friendly activities such as face painting, stage performances and meet and greets with our animals.
I’m uncomfortable around animals, but I really want to come support the SPCA! What do I do?
Don’t worry! We have plenty of activities that do not involve direct interaction with animals. At the same time, we take safety very seriously and all our animals are always leashed or handled in a carrier.
Is there anything I should avoid doing when visiting the animals during the adoption centre tour?
Many of our animals are still very shy and learning to socialise with humans. To minimise stress, we appeal to all visitors to lower their voices and avoid sudden movements, poking or sticking their hands into the enclosures. As our animals may be on special diets, please avoid feeding them anything. If you are in direct contact with our animals, let them approach you first before petting or playing with them.

Registration has closed. You may walk in to purchase tickets. Thank you!
