AVS probing alleged animal neglect after 20 cats rescued from Bukit Merah flat

SINGAPORE – The Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) is investigating an alleged case of animal neglect after some 20 cats were rescued by animal welfare groups from a rental flat.
