Erin loves to hear singing, and if you talk to him he gets very excited. I take him out of his tank every other day to walk. He loves to walk around the living room and hides in the darkest corners or under his green towel to nap. He is not very patient when I’m cleaning his shell, and always squirms. But then once I leave him to himself, he’s very happy and likes to sit under any chair I am sitting on, especially when I work from home he just gives me his quiet company. I’ve had him since I was 10 years old, and I will miss him greatly.

17 years old this year, when he was 2 he had tumours on the side of his face which we got medically examined and operated. Since then, no recurrence. He fell ill with pneumonia last year but recovered in full health within 2 months.
