Mochi is a sweet 3-year-old Domestic Short Hair tabby girl with a gentle soul and a quiet charm. She came into our care in late December 2025 after being suspected to have fallen from a height, and has since been taking her time to heal and settle in.

Naturally shy, Mochi prefers a calm and patient approach. She may not rush over for treats or attention, but once she feels safe, she tolerates gentle handling very well and appreciates soft voices and slow movements. She’s the kind of companion who blossoms gradually, rewarding patience with trust.

Mochi would do best in a peaceful home with adopters who understand that love doesn’t always come instantly—and that some of the most meaningful bonds take time to grow. With consistency, kindness, and space to adjust at her own pace, Mochi has the potential to become a wonderfully loyal companion.
