The President of Meridian Junior College's Photography Club approached the SPCA in the beginning of 2008, proposing a photo essay. It took them more than six months to put everything together but the photo exhibition finally came to fruition. And what a remarkable effort!
The photos were really beautiful and the story was extremely touching. As they say, a picture paints a thousand words and the students certainly captured the essence and purity of the animals in their pictures. The members also put the photos into a video with a moving soundtrack and played it to the whole school during assembly and also in the canteen throughout the day on the 17 July. Great job Meridian Junior College for the unique yet effective way to spread the animal welfare message and the work of the SPCA!
