The SPCA is seeking the identity of the man in the video clip, to assist with the investigation of a case of alleged abandonment at Sunshine Place, Choa Chu Kang, that occurred on Thursday, 10 August at around 8 pm.

SPCA Appeals For Witnesses

On 28th July 2017, at about 4.00pm, a cat was found dead at the foot of Blk 217, Lorong 8, Toa Payoh.

*Under the Animals and Birds Act, anyone who is found guilty of cruelty to animals, including abandonment of any animal, can be imprisoned for up to 18 months, fined up to $15,000, or both.*

On 29th June 2017, at about 2.00pm, a cat was found by her owner at the staircase landing between the 4th and 5th floor of Blk 176, Boon Lay Drive.
